In 2015 Apple launched the Apple Watch that contained a lot of training functions, including the activity meter and a built-in heart rate monitor. We developed a concept to one of Sweden’s most popular training sites that show how to look at their workout schedule right on your wrist, so you don’t have to fiddle with the phone during the session.
On Styrkeprogrammet, you will find hundreds of exercises with video as inspiration to vary your workout. You can create your own strength workouts or use their pre made sessions. Print and bring to the session or use directly on the phone (and soon with your clock).
